HUE Easy mirror chrome paint D215

Brief introduction

Easy mirror chorme paint D215 is the present easiest and the best mirror chrome paint in the market, this is the 4th generation chrome effect paints from HUE, it is easy and fast to be used, can widely replace the traditional chrome plating.

1.Easy to use, can be dipped, brushed, poured and sprayed.

2.Hard and strong chrome surface, it can resist acid and soft scratching.

3.It doesn’t need special equipment and has no limitation to the painting area, the fantastic advantage is on big articles painting no size limitation no time limitation, part broken area can be mended at anytime.

Application
    Before application, you can determine if you need a primer or base coat, with glossy base coat or lacquer on bottom it is often better, but not very essential, common not glossy surface is also OK. The base coat can be sanded for better adhension.
1. brushing

If want to brush it, use a hard hair brush. brush to one direction for each veil, don't erase it back and forward and back again times without taking up the brush. after each veil get up and from one side to another side then take up. usually two layers will be enough. each layer wait 10 minutes. the 2nd layer keep wet layer , not dry surface. it needs self flowing to mirror.
2. spraying

spray with a regular paint gun, still choose the 2 layers method, spray little paint nearly in dry spraying way to cover the base briefly, wait 5-10 minutes,  spray the second layer, just cover the surface well.
3. dipping

dip 1-2 seconds is often enough, to make perfect effect, dip two times, and wait 10 minutes before the 2nd dipping.
    After coating, you need to consider bake it or not, chrome paint D215 can get dry by itself in the air, if choose to bake it, please bake it after 2 hours of the painting work (if bake too early or expose to the sunlight to dry just after the painting finished, it may be broken by fast heating), bake it around 70 centidgree for 3 hours, it will be dry.
