Application and usage precautions

AT18 peelable rubber paint

AT18 peelable rubber paint is divided into A1 base material and auxiliary material A2. When spraying, the ratio can refer to A1:A2=3:1 at room temperature. The A2 component can be increased or decreased as appropriate for convenient spraying. There is no strict quantitative limit. You can choose a 1.4-2.0mm caliber spray gun to improve the spraying efficiency. When spraying multiple layers, the flash drying interval of each layer is 5-10 minutes, without strict restrictions. Generally, five or more layers are sprayed. According to requirements,The number of layers can be increased according to requirements on the thickness. AT18 coating has good compatibility with most pigments and dyes. Various performance and colored materials can be added to make color change design according to market needs, but liquid materials such as color paste and special liquid colorants need to be tested in advance before formal using. The polishing time is recommended to be after natural drying for 24 hours, or baked at about 70°C for about 1 hour, until the base film is completely dry, the special top coating varnish can be applied.

Special T18 glossy varnish

In order to ensure that the excellent strip ability of the coating is not affected, it is recommended to use special top coating varnish T18, which is mainly divided into T1 main material and T2 curing agent. The mixing weight ratio must be strictly set at T1:T2=2:1. If the viscosity needs to be reduced, a small amount of conventional automotive varnish thinner can be used to dilute it. The flash drying interval of each layer during multi-layer spraying is 5-10 minutes, with no strict restrictions. Generally, five ore more layers are sprayed.
