HUE INDUSTRY crystalizer

As a special effect coating, HUE Crystallizer can present gorgeous crystal patterns for objects in creative spray design and construction.

1、Painting preparation

Materials: metal primer (metallic paint, silver paint, chrome paint, etc.), crystallization agent, shadow black paint and candy paint

Tools and materials: spray equipment (spray gun or spray can), sponge, warm water

2、 Application Guide
In order to achieve the best effect of the coating: we recommend to spray a layer of varnish on the metal primer, dry it, and then slightly polish it with 500 # abrasive paper. On a very smooth surface, the crystal effect will be better than on a pure metal effect substrate.

Specific steps:

1/For the primer, first, apply a layer of solvent-based silver primer and wait for drying.

2/Spray the crystallizing agent. Shake the crystallizing agent well before use, do a good job of labor protection, and spray directly without dilution.

The substrate must be completely covered with a thick wet coating of crystalline agent, which can be continuously coated or sprayed with two or three thin layers instead of simply applying a thick coating. The excess crystalline agent coating can be removed by tilting the surface of the object, and the object can be transferred and stored in a space with a high temperature (at least 30 ° C) as soon as possible. The crystal pattern will appear during the evaporation of the coating solvent, Therefore, the temperature of the spraying environment and the surface of spraying objects should not be too high during the construction process. If there is water dripping or poor crystallization effect, you can wash it with warm water and then make it again. The coverage of crystallization agent is about 5 square meters/liter.

3/Dark texture production: after the crystallization agent is completely dried and crystallized, apply a thin layer of black or dark paint, which is just enough to cover the crystallization agent. Once it is dry (about 5 minutes), gently wipe off the outermost black paint film with a sponge to reveal the crystal effect.

Warning: The black layer on the top layer must be cleaned as soon as possible. If the black becomes too hard after a long time, it will become difficult to clean, and the result will be that the part of the crystal will be covered. It is better to prepare a bucket of water and sponge in advance, and wash it as soon as possible after applying black paint.

4/For the topcoat part, we recommend using HUE candy paint to color the crystal and increase the depth and texture! It is recommended to spray 2 to 4 layers of candy paint finished paint.

3、 Storage

Keep the liquid at room temperature: 10-25 ° C. High humidity and high heat storage conditions will affect the paint performance and lead to crystallization failure.

At low temperatures, the liquid may freeze. Before use, just put it in warm water and heat it gently.
